C&V Facilities Maintenance Services provides Snow & Ice Management services to commercial, industrial, municipal and government clients. Our experienced and dedicated group of professional operators have the expertise and resources to provide exceptional service in any demanding environment. We continuously monitor weather conditions to determine the optimal action required to keep all facilities safe throughout the winter season. Mechanics with fully equipped service vehicles are also available 24 hours a day to maintain our fleet ranging from Kubota Tractors, 4×4’s, Skid steers, Blowers and Cat 924, 930 and 950 loaders.

For larger properties if required, we negotiate and maintain on-site equipment, bagged salt or anti-icing agents inside our Munro Group storage containers. These are kept on site and allow immediate access to materials during snow and ice events.
